Victoria Beckham’s Hair Styles History

From the extreme pixie crop to the peroxide blond bob and long wavy hair extensions, Victoria Beckham has proven herself to be quite the hair chameleon over the years. The iconic asymmetrical cut from her Spice Girls days is so iconic, it’s even got it’s own nickname – The POB (Posh Spice Bob). Nuff said.

Words can’t describe our joy of rediscovering a fresh-faced Posh Spice working a cropped cut complete with gel spikes (how could anyone have forgotten this beauty?). Then came the blond streaks and curled hair extensions, which coincidentally was Victoria’s subtle way of testing the water before plunging whole-heartedly into a peroxide blond angled bob. Team with a signature pout and sky-high cleavage to get the look.

The WAG-spiration of the noughties, VB has always been one for experimenting. ‘I used to get sent into the toilet every single day at school to take off my makeup and brush my hairspray out,’ she’s said of her hairvolution – and there seems to be no end to Victoria’s hairstyle trials. Of our favourite moments, we particularly appreciated the super short pixie crop, the sleek and side parted style and of course the all-famous Posh Spice bob + LBD duo.

Turning her hair around as well as her career, Lady Becks has adopted a more demure approach in recent years, as her fashion label goes from strength to strength. Keeping her luscious locks long, Victoria has been sticking to the fail-safe styles: sleek and straight or tousled waves – occasionally choosing to mix it up with a soft up doo. We love her hair braided to the side, a perfect accessory for adding a playful edge to a bright orange dress (with a VB label of course). Though we can’t say we’re sad to say goodbye to the gel spikes, we hope VB keeps them hairstyles coming!
