HOW TO USE TWO CHAIRS TO EXERCISE YOUR BUTT

This is a simple exercise you can do at home to get a bigger & rounder butt using two household chairs at home.

STEP 1: SPACE OUT 2 CHAIRS 4-TO-7 FEET.

To get a much firmer, rounder and bigger butt, you’re going to stand in between two chairs, you’re going to place one leg toward the chair in front of you, and you can also put both hands on the chair in front of you, and you’re going to place the other leg on the chair behind you. Then you’re going to bend your front leg and squat all the way down until your back leg’s knee touches the floor.

STEP 2: HIPS SHOULD STAY FLAT.
The whole time you’re doing this exercise, you want your hips to stay flat on the floor at all times, and you want to concentrate on pushing from your heels while you do this workout. Because when you push from your heels you’re going to put your butt muscles working even more.

STEP 3: DESCEND DOWN SLOWLY
Also, do not let your heels come off the floor, and don’t let your knees glide over your toes while doing this exercise. If you can’t go all the way down, or the back of your heels coming up off the floor, then don’t go down as far. Just go down as far as you can without your heels coming up off the floor, but remember this: the deeper you squat down, the better butt workout you’ll get. You can stretch your calf muscles before doing this workout to help keep your heels flat on the floor.

STEP 4: A BETTER BUTT.
As this butt workout gets easier, you may not feel it as much in your butt, so to make this an even better butt workout, you can use one arm on the chair, you can use no arms, you can use one dumbbell and one arm on the chair, or you can use no arms and two dumbbells.
